ADTV & Yoututbe Presents: Maleek Berry "Afrobeats In Conversation"

YouTube Space and Amaru Don TV present the second installment of their “Afrobeats In Conversation” series, featuring hit producer and recording artist Maleek Berry. Another record breaking attendance at the Youtube Space in Google HQ was a night to remember!

AfroBeats in Conversation is a night full of enjoyment. All you need for a good party is music, food, drinks and amazing people. This event had all of these things in place plus the very talented AfroBeats artist Maleek Berry.

We got to hear Maleek speak about his journey to success. From living with his fellow AfroBeats artist and friend Davido at the beginning stages of his career to his success in releasing dope music you can’t help but move your feet to. He ended the first half of the night by performing his hits Kontrol, Let Me Know, Juice and many more.

A lot of people say that fame can get to your head when you become successful but that’s not a statement I would use to describe Maleek Berry. After seeing him interacting with his fans by taking pictures or doing a SnapChat Takeover, it’s safe to say that Maleek is a very down-to-earth guy. Not once did I see him decline anybody for a picture. We need more people like him in the music scene!

The event didn’t end after Maleek Berry’s performance… That’s when the party started! The DJ started spinning tunes and we carried on vybzing, dancing and networking. I know most people had a long day as they rushed to the event straight from work. But it’s hard to leave when you’re around positive vibes, free food and alcohol lol.
